Santa Ana California is the county seat of Orange County, California. It is the largest city in Orange County in terms of population, with around 334,000 people. Some consider these numbers to be a small estimate because up to 25% of the total population is likely illegal immigrants—so the city is likely even larger in terms of population—more around the 500,000 mark. The city is located just 10 miles away from the California coastline on the Santa Ana River.
