The notary in Riverside tells us that the city of Riverside has several ghostly haunted places. It's no surprise to anyone that a cemetery would be filled with ghostly spirits such as the Evergreen Cemetery. But there's also been several sightings throughout Riverside City College. Other areas where paranormal activity has been spotted are Mount Rubidoux, the Mission Inn, and Castle Park.
Speaking of the Mission Inn, this is a must visit hotel. Even if you're not spending the night, it's eye candy beauty and design is at minimum a place to explore and maybe just have a meal. And for a unique eating experience might we suggest afternoon tea. No wonder the Mission Inn is a favorite place for local haunts, underneath it is a series of catacombs. The Mission Inn hotel collaborates with the Mission Inn museum and you can experience a tour to further immerse yourself into the historical background of the Hotel.
Fresh squeezed orange juice lovers are going to be in citrus heaven if they treat themselves to a scrumptious visit to University of California at Riverside (UCI) agricultural haven. They have a humongous collection of over 1,000 varieties of different kinds of citrus. It's an unusual place to have a relaxing stroll around and take in the fresh air but worth the selfie opportunity.
A favorite lunch spot for the notaries or just a wonderful place to enjoy the unique art and take a break is Tio's tacos. Your trash is their treasure when it comes to unusual art. The place has a plethora of whimsical objects to admire while dining on the scrumptious tacos. The ever-changing garden along with the food makes you want to come back often.
One of our Notaries favorite places to hang out is March Air Reserve Base museum. It's huge collection of military aircraft are a playground for those interested in the beauty and art of these flying machines and the historical preservation of them.
It may seem creepy hanging out in a cemetery but the Riverside National Cemetery for military veterans of all the arm forces is a wonderful place to experience America's history in a relaxing environment. The surrounding beauty is garnished with water fountains and lakes.
Crazy old Riverside law still on the books: One may not carry a lunch down the street between 11 and 1 o'clock.
